How do I find my receipt/invoice?
First of all, we want to thank you for your purchase of Illustrated Children’s Ministry products and resources. Your receipt will be in your email inbox immediately after your purchase, and the email will come from Illustrated Children’s Ministry. The email will include your order confirmation number, a summary of your order and payment method, and a link to view your order on our store’s website.
If you cannot locate the email for your invoice, please contact our operations guru, Jill Vint.
How do I find my digital files?
You can click on the “View your order” button in your emailed receipt, and that will allow you to view your order on our website. There you will see a blue button that says “Download now” and you will be able to access your digital files. You will also receive a separate email that will give you a direct link to your purchased digital products. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk/spam folder, and it will likely be there.
I found the product(s) I want, but can’t figure out how to complete my order?
Thank you so much for your support of Illustrated Children’s Ministry! We are so happy that you like our products, and we definitely want you to be able to complete your order!
Next to many of our items, there are drop down options to select different variations of our products. For example, our Illustrated Worship Resources will ask you to select if you want ‘Children’s Bulletins Only’, ‘Children’s Sermons Only’ or the Full Resource. Many of our resources are also priced by church size. You must select one of the church size options in the drop down box. Once you have selected your product selection and church size, there is a button that says “Add to Cart.” Simply click on the button and it will take you to a page to view all the items you have selected to purchase. If you would like to purchase more items, please click the ‘Continue Shopping Button.’ If you have finished your selection, click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. This will take you to a the page where you can enter your personal information and discount code if you have one. Once all your information is entered, click on the red button ‘Continue to Payment Method.’ On the next screen, you will enter your credit card information. Once you have completed this information, click the ‘Complete Order’ button. Congratulations – you have completed your purchase!

Do you accept orders over the phone/by mail?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by phone or mail. We are an online business, so all products must be purchased through our online store. We understand that not everyone likes to purchase products online, but this process enables us to serve our customers more efficiently and in a timely manner.
What is Shopify?
Shopify is the e-commerce platform that we use to power our online store. Shopify is the largest platform for small and medium-sized businesses, and currently powers over 300,000 merchants selling their products online.
I see a charge from SP * CHILDRENSMINISTRY on my bank statement. What is this?
When you look at your bank statement, you will see a charge from SP * CHILDRENSMINISTRY for your purchase from Illustrated Children’s Ministry. NOTE: When we first setup our shop, we were using SP * ILLUSTRATEDCM and that was often being confused with Sports Illustrated. So, we are now using SP * CHILDRENSMINISTRY.
Oh no! I disputed the charge from SP * CHILDRENSMINISTRY! What do I do?
This is an easy fix! Simply contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to release the funds. If you have any questions, you can contact our operations guru, Jill Vint. She will be happy to walk you through the process.
When will I receive my order?
If you purchased one of our digital products, you will receive the link to download the file immediately after purchase. If you don’t receive it, please check your junk/spam folders, and it will likely be there.
If you have purchased physical posters from us, the posters will ship via UPS within a week of your order. It usually takes two to three business days for standard delivery (a bit longer if you are in an extended delivery range). We do our best to ensure a timely delivery of our posters, but we are not a shipping company and there are many factors that can delay a delivery. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact our operations guru, Jill Vint, and she will happily track your order for you.
